Andrej Grafenauer, kitara (Slovenija)

Andrej Grafenauer se je kitaro začel učiti v 2. letniku gimnazije ter končal nižjo in srednjo glasbeno šolo pri profesorju Tomažu Šeguli. Študij je nadaljeval na Visoki šoli za glasbo v Gradcu, kjer je diplomiral v razredu prof. Marge Bäuml-Klasinc. Na koncertnem repertoarju ima dela vseh stilnih obdobij, izdal je dva CDja z deli slovenskih skladateljev za kitaro. Leta 2000 je za svoje umetniško delovanje na glasbenem področju prejel Betettovo nagrado, najvišje strokovno priznanje Društva glasbenih umetnikov Slovenije. Že vseskozi je pomemben del njegovega delovanja pedagoško delo, ki ga je opravljal na vseh stopnjah izobraževanja. Je redni profesor in dekan Akademije za glasbo Univerze v Ljubljani, kjer je uvedel univerzitetni visokošolski študij tega instrumenta.

Andrej Grafenauer started to study the guitar in his 2nd year of high school, under professor Tomaž Šegula in Ljubljana and continued at University of Music and Performing Arts Graz, where he graduated in the class of professor Marga Bäuml-Klasinc.
His concert repertoire includes works from all music eras and among others he issued two CDs with works by Slovenian composers for guitar. In 2000 he was awarded the Betetto prize, the highest commendation by the Slovenian music artists society. Andrej Grafenauer is intensively devoted to his pedagogical work as a full professor and dean at the Ljubljana University – Academy of Music, where he introduced the university programme for guitar.

Martin Mallaun, citre (Avstrija)

Martin Mallaun je vsestranski umetnik na področju eksperimentalne glasbe. Rojen na Tirolskem, vseskozi išče nove zvokovne in slogovne oblike igranja na citre, najsibo v improvizaciji, elektronski glasbi, baročni glasbi za lutnjo, alpski ljudski glasbi ali sodobni glasbi. Poleg študija citer na tirolskem deželnem Konservatoriju je študiral tudi botaniko na Univerzi v Innsbrucku. Več let je aktivno deloval z namenom razširitve literature za citre. Zanj je bilo napisanih veliko število novih del, od solistične do orkestralne glasbe, ki jih je krstno tudi izvedel. Mallaun nastopa na mednarodnih koncertnih odrih in gostuje na znamenitih festivalih. Poučuje za Zvezo tirolskih glasbenih šol. Kot botanik pa raziskuje posledice, ki jih ima globalno segrevanje na rastlinstvo alpskega ekosistema.www.martinmallaun.com

Martin Mallaun is a versatile artist in the field of experimental music. Whether in improvisation, electronics, baroque lute music, alpine folk music, or contemporary music, the Tirol-born performer is always searching for new forms of sonic and stylistic expression on the zither. In addition to zither studies at the Tyrolean State Conservatory, he studied botany at the University of Innsbruck. For several years he has been working intensively to expand the zither repertoire. A large number of new pieces, ranging from solo to orchestral works, have been composed for and premiered by him. Mallaun performs concerts internationally and makes guest appearances at renowned festivals. He teaches at the Tyrol Music School Association. As a botanist he has also been researching the effects of climate change on the vegetation of alpine ecosystems.www.martinmallaun.com

Diana Grubišić Ćiković, harfa (Hrvaška)

Diana Grubišić Ćiković se je klavir na osnovni in srednji ravni pričela učiti v Reki, hkrati pa se učila tudi harfe v Ljubljani. Nadaljevala je s študijem obeh inštrumentov; iz klavirja je diplomirala leta 1988 na Glasbeni akademiji v Zagrebu v razredu prof. Marije Gvozdić Horvat, iz harfe pa leta 1994 na Akademiji za glasbo v Ljubljani pri prof. Rudi Ravnik Kosi. V času magistrskega študija na Visoki šoli za glasbeno umetnost Ino Mirković v Lovranu pri prof. Irini Petrovni Pasinskaji, se je izobraževala še pri priznanih profesorjih harfe kot sta prof. Catherine Michel in prof. Patrizia Tassini. Izvedla je že veliko koncertov, tako doma kot v tujini. Posnela je več zgoščenk s solistično in komorno glasbo.

Diana Grubišić Ćiković, harp (Croatia)
Diana Grubišić Ćiković began her primary and secondary piano education in Rijeka, while learning to play harp in Ljubljana. She continued studying both instruments, graduating piano at the Music Academy in Zagreb in the class of prof. Marije Gvozdić Horvat in 1988, and harp at the Academy of Music in Ljubljana with prof. Ruda Ravnik Kosi in 1994. She continued to study with eminent harp pedagogues, prof. Catherine Michel and prof. Patrizia Tassini until finishing her postgraduate studies in harp at the College of Music Ino Mirković in Lovran with prof. Irina Petrovna Pasinskaja. She played numerous concerts at home and abroad. She also recorded several albums of solo and chamber music.
